Holidays in the Highlands Home Tour

Step back in time and experience the magic of the holidays in the Highlands Historic District of Middletown, Ohio. Holidays in the Highlands Home Tour is a unique opportunity to tour some of the district's most beautiful and historic homes, all decorated in their holiday finest.

This year's tour will feature a variety of homes, from Queen Anne style to a English Tudor style church. Each home will be decorated in its own unique style, but all will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit.

In addition to the home tours, there will also be a variety of other festive activities taking place throughout the day, including:

  • Holiday Market

  • A Trolley Car will take to you predetermined stops throughout the Highlands

  • Grace Cafe - Coffee and pastries

  • Santa sightings

  • Gravel Road Brewing Co Bierstacheln and Mulled Wine

The Holidays in the Highlands Home Tour is a fun and festive event for the whole family. It's the perfect way to kick off the holiday season and experience the history and charm of the Highlands Historic District.

Keep in mind this is an outdoor event no matter the weather with hills and stairs. Make sure you have your good walking shoes, weather appropriate clothing and some spending money to shop with the local artisans and to purchase the treats located in the Holiday Market.

  • VIP Tour (12pm to 3pm): $60 per person (will be available online in advance and limited to 60)

  • General Admission (4pm to 8pm): $25 per person (will be available online in advance or at the door)
